DST-CHEMICALS collects different information when you visit our website www.dstchemicals.com, when you trade with us, or when you contact to us by mail or phone.

We process your personal data to carry out our business, including; the performing of necessary administration of our relations to customers, suppliers and other business partners, the handling of purchases, the answering of inquiries and the making of statistics and analyses. To do so, we will process your contact details, information about your occupation, previous purchases and traffic data from using our website.

External suppliers host our website. On our behalf and under our instructions they will process your data. Your personal data might also be available to and processed by or business collaborates in relation to the administration of your purchases. In exceptional cases, it might be necessary to disclose your personal data to public authorities to fulfil the legislation.

We calculate metrics like bounce rate, page views, sessions and the like to understand how our website is used. We may also create visitors’ profiles based on browsing history to analyze visitor behavior, show personalized content and run online campaigns.

Contact Forms and Newsletter

We keep contact form submissions for as long as we need to in order to fulfill the  customer service purpose for which the form was submitted by the user. We do not use the information submitted through the forms for direct marketing purposes, unless specific consent for this purpose is given. 

When consent  is given to receive the Newsletter this means that you agree to receive the DST-CHEMCALS newsletter for as long as you subscribe. You may at any point unsubscibe to the newsletter either by sending an email to [email protected] and write UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject field or simply by clicking the unsubscribe button in any newsletter received.

Storage

We delete your personal data, when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose we collected them for. We might process the data longer in a depersonalized form.

Disclosure

Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party unless you give separate consent to this. Therefore, DST-CHEMICALS will always appear as the sender of the e-mails you receive.

Rights
